Regarding Cancellation	・No-show/non-arrival without contact: 100% of room rate ・Within 14 days prior to the reservation check in date - 100% charge ・15-50 days prior to the reservation check in date - 20% charge ・50 or more days prior to the reservation check in date - no charge (will refund your deposit) 　 ※Bank transfer fees will also be incurred by the customer.
Payment Deadline	Credit Card Payment (Advance Reservation/Advance Payment) We accept payment by credit card when a reservation is made on our website. On-Site Payment Payment can be made at your check-in or check-out by credit card or cash.
Regarding Refunds	No refunds shall be made after a stay. For cancellation before a stay, payment shall be required only when a penalty is incurred based on the cancellation fee setup according to the accommodation agreement.
